(Feature Request) Add Negative Potion Effects

    All of those commands are invalid in java edition.

    Effect amplifiers greater than 128 do overflow, but only on the client. It only "works" for players, but just causes desyncs and resets to zero when you relog.

    Some effects already go negative (in JE atleast) when set to a too high value:

    for example: /effect @p jump_boost 10 [anything above 127] Will give you a negative jump boost, first it appears you just can't jump, but when you jump on things like beds or slime block, you do just, because you have negative y momentum the game handles it the same way it does when you fall on that kind of block.
