EDIT:Bloblings can be found in slime chunks. They drop dye when killed. Color of dye corresponds to the biome. They change color according to their surrounding. (Yellow in desert, lime in grasslands, dark green in swanps, etc.) they do as much damage as a player’s punch when first attacked, but become slightly stronger when near death.
Bloblings (better name in progress) are creatures similar to that of slimes. Bloblings are much more energetic and will be literally bouncing off the walls when in a happy mood. If a bloblings is at full HP, it turns a bright green and will be in a good mood. As they get hurt, they bounce less and begin thinking more about survival. When bloblings are in their “survival mode”, they jump much higher. They jump higher to get to a vantage point to strike. When bloblings strike, they attach onto the head of their opponent and start leeching their life and restore their own. Bloblings are normally peaceful to the player unless stacked. A peaceful blobling can be tamed with slime balls, but they’re stubborn. Bloblings ride on your head like how parrots ride on your shoulders. They will protect you when you get hurt by doing what they do in “survival mode.”
I hope this gets added because slimes are so annoying but having a smaller, cuter and more energetic version that could be tamed would be amazing. It adds a new type of attacking to the game as well. I’m not sure how to add images, but I will as soon as possible.
