Moon Dial

I’m think an item that shows the phases of the moon would be great. I spend a lot of time underground and I have difficulty getting outside when the moon is full in order to locate slimes. I think the dial would look like the compass and the full moon mark would be at the 12:00 position. It think the crafting recipe would be something like:

uxc
igi
iri

i=iron ingot
r=redstone dust
g=glass
u=blue dye
c=black dye

I included the dyes because I think it should be predominantly midnight blue in color.
