Quick draw enchantment

This new enchantment is able to be put on all weapons and tools and allows you to be able to pull out and charge your weapon up for a swing, TWICE as fast! I think this would be a pretty useful enchantment for combat and would make long charging weapons such as the axe, much faster and more reliable.

The enchanting book for this enchantment could be found in, desert temples, ship wrecks, treasure chests, dungeons, etc. Just like the other enchantments.

And the maximum level for this enchantment is III.

Level I having a 5% faster charge speed.

Level II having a 10% faster charge speed.

Level III having a 20% faster charge speed.

    I like the idea, but I honestly hate this combat system as a whole.

    If I was in favor this seems like a completely sane suggestion.
