Note Block Overhaul

My idea is that Mojang should re-do how Noteblocks are working right now... I love Note block songs.. But never build any in singleplayer.. Why? because great songs are used to be 50-60 even 300 blocks wide without using any command blocks.. and also viewing which note which noteblock has is right now just annoying.. 

1. Option > Noteblock should have some sort of UI where u could directly choose which note u want to have.. and what instrument its playing based on block below it.. Another think I want to mention is option where noteblock could play multiple notes and choose how many ticks is between the notes to make songs more compact..

2. Option > Make block that can be crafted 'can be more harder to obtain like beacon' and it would do same thing like i said above but in way like ''programing'' notes from one source block.. (of course powered and modifiable by redstone power) 

What do you guys think? I came to this idea because of how 1.14 is changing whole crafting system.. I think some sort of thing would be cool for Noteblocks which are by many people underated or completly unused..

    They have added new instraments to the noteblocks and changed a few things already, but i like the idea of a upraded noteblock that has a UI for what note you want to play. Adding in musical theroy to minecraft could make the game more "livable" for a soloplayer or even a server theme song, etc. Great idea.
