Underwater caves are technically structures, but I posted this here in the Biomes category because I felt readers would have a better understanding of its title.
I feel like the current flooded caves and ravines are a bit bland. They're just caves that you can swim through. So how about some glowing coral and fish?
Glowzoa is a group of three new types of coral. And they glow! What's unique about them is that they do not actually emit any light, sort of like the eyes of an Enderman or a Spider. This property is called an "emissive texture." Some emissive blocks could be very fun for builders to use in Sci-Fi builds or maybe in some Fantasy forest of glowing mushrooms! There would be three types of Glowzoa being red, green and blue.
Lightfish would be a new type of fish with glowing spots on their faces. They may look like menacing glowing eyes in the dark, but they are quite harmless. Like every other fish, they can be scooped in a bucket and brought to your own aquarium if you so desire!

I know that blocks and mobs should be posted separately, but the Lightfish idea wouldn't do well on its own.
