water walker (enchantment)

when you walk on water with this enchantment on boot you don't sink but walk right across.

The book can only be found in dungeons, creative inventory and in fishing and is rare. 

This enchantment can only be found as a book but not an enchantment table.

  Sounds like frost walker but a little better.
