    good suggestion! the only issue is to program this, especially now then the programmers are daring pressure for the caves and cliffs update

    Y que tengas que buscar unas hojas o libros para poder craftear las espadas o armaduras de diamante o netherite u otras cosas y se más difícil los crafteos estas hojas o libros se encontrarían en mazmorras y si no las tienes no las puedes craftear

    I don't like mobs opening doors and trapdoors. I also don't like the special effects. Maybe they can spawn with potion effects? other than those two yes I like all the others. Mobs definitely need improved AI.

    We had a plugin on our server where phantoms were invisible but also riding them is an invisible creeper.Basically don't go out at night

    My thoughts: good suggestions all around! Also, having this a something you can't back out of (my interpretation of this only being available from the world creation screen) makes this a good idea for if you are getting tired of the game being too easy. Maybe this could be a harder version of Hardcore, or an update to Hardcore making it different from Hard difficulty as opposed to the only current change (as far as I am aware) being the fact that you only have one life.

    I like this Idea. I found hard difficulty to be a little two easy and hardcore a little to extreme. this would be a good improvement on mobs abilities.

    I really need this. As a mc vet I have maxed out gear in my smp and honestly, the survival of the game isn't the point of it anymore. Introducing this would keep late game players on their toes and make them vulnerable again. 

    ps. I really really want the Illusioner to be added, it's in the game code but not the game? The drowning and grabbing mechanics also sound great. Definitely add this.

    Also, I want to stress that this should be an option for non-hardcore mode, ie survival. Losing a world is painful, but everyone wants a challenge.

    The best idea is the spiders and silverfishes crawling on walls and ceillings. I feel like the AI improvements need to be in the base game(Like Herd Mentality). Most likely vanilla style add-ons will be added to the game.

    I like a lot of these suggestions, but some of the mob abilities, such as the zombie tackle, would break the combat/gameplay flow of Minecraft.

    This is this is great, but I don’t think all of these should be added. 

    I think the endermen should not be able to quickly break blocks, and zombies shouldn’t be able to grab players.

    I really like the idea of mobs being able to break blocks in Expert mode though. Maybe certain mobs (like zombies) could only break weak blocks like dirt and sand, while stronger / smarter mobs (like witches or polar bears) could break stronger blocks like stone and wood.

    The shaking of the mouse feels very weird. Maybe an alternative can be found? Like just punching has a 30% chance of freing you? Dunno

    Additional ideas:

    *Mobs*

    Bats

    -They would be able to spawn in herds and block your vision when down in the mines.

    *New mechanics*

    Withces

    -Witches would be able to use spells and give players certain effects not possible by potions like, the wither effect for few seconds and the frostbite effect

    Heatstroke and frostbite

    Frostbite would act as it does when sinking into powdered snow. You would get a frostbite for staying too long in a cold biome at night. (or it would be affected by seasons if they were added). A heatstroke would give you a nausea effect, and start dealing damage just like frostbite. You would get a heatstroke for staying too long in a hot biome. Campfires, fire lava and magma blocks would stop a frostbite, and snow, powdered snow and ice would stop a heatstroke. To avoid this you would need a certain type of armour. Ot could be a upgrade like material like the netherite is right now. So netherite doesn’t burn in lava. Then another type of ore or material that could be used to upgrade armou would prevent frostbite, and the same thing goes for heatstroke. This would add more options for choosing armour, and a little more challenge to the game.

    I like the overall idea, though I feel like the new AI might cause a bit of lag, especially when you have several mobs with different behaviours chasing a player down. It also sounds more like something out of a mod or datapack rather than another difficulty. Having said that, I think rather than an added difficulty, this would do better as a mod that changes mob's AI.

    the Tackle abilities sound like as if their meant for 2 NPC or Player entities to collide and weld to eachother, otherwise, causing odd animation

    But what's the point of raw difficulty? There needs to be a REASON to play expert mode over normal mode, other than just "I want a challenge", certain loot and items should be totally rare and unique to expert mode.

    just make sure this works for bedrock or I despise the idea. java isnt the only platform. there is xbox ps4, Nintendo, windows 10 and mobile

    maybe any zombie villager(since they may retain knowledge) 50% of the time would spawn with the ability to open doors, scary.

    Me gusta esta idea porque este modo seria para jugadores pro para que muestren sus habilidades aunque alguno cosas son exageradas como la del esqueleto y el del pigman zombi, pero si así será el modo experto para mi sería mejor que implementarán un poco más de encantamientos como de envenenar a un enemigo o atuedir a un rival o que implementen nueva posiones.
