I also think that Expert mode could make cheesing mobs harder. For example, Enderman can teleport out of boats and minecarts, and zombies could break boats like they do with doors. This could even be implemented in lower difficulties as well, since the boat trick makes defeating mobs 1 on 1 pretty easy.

Having an expert mode with improved AI seems like a cool challenge, and since most of the ai for mobs is quite old, having a gamemode that buffs mobs seems like a nice alternative to hardcore and a way to FINALLY bring a cool challenge to Bedrock. I would like to see this, as well as possibly seeing the illusioner get implemented in some way. I feel that having a more modern ai for some mobs or having unique buffs would create cool survival challenges and speedruns, but it should be put in in a way that doesn't mess with the core game mechanics, and in a way where anybody can enjoy it if they want to.

Overall, I would like to see this implemented and also bring it to Bedrock so we finally have a cool challenge Mojang. Please?

I feel as though there shouldn’t be mob abilities. So maybe add a “mob abilities switch” to it.

This is a good idea. Hard mode is too easy and the only challenge is Hardcore because you have only 1 life. I want this to happen.

Great idea, I agree that the PvE side of Minecraft is becoming too easy. Also smart idea to include it in a seperate gamemode rather than just saying harder mobs in general. Perhaps there could also be more dangerous environmental features as well, such as dripstone having a chance to fall when a player is under it and walking in natural spider webs can spawn more spiders.

Good idea, I would also suggest piglin brutes trying to jump and critical hit you instead of just normally hitting you without any crit.

It seems to me that in your idea the phantoms are becoming too difficult. Either the ability to accelerate or invisibility should be removed from them and only one should be left.

This is an absolutely wonderful idea, make the game a bit less forgiving sound exciting. maybe a gravity would be a interesting change in the overworld?

I totally agree with this. Once you know every in and out of the game and have practically mastered surviving the game gets really dull. I feel like this would really make the game both more challenging and exciting. I really hope this gets added!

This sounds so cool l really like the pathfinding thing that would be awesome. Gravel and sand also if floating could randomly fall if a player was near by.

I have an idea for a new mechanic for the guardian. They also charge up like the elder guardian but it launches a homing projectile that is much faster than that of a shulkur and it could follow the player much smoother than a shulkur bullet. And when the guardian is near death (1 heart or less), there is a 30% chance that it launches it's spikes everywhere as a last defense mechanism, and then swims away. There is a lot that can be done and mojang has been doing an amazing job at updates and pleasing the playerbase. They will probably dedicate an update to this as they know that players want new challenges (just think about the players reaction to the warden, people love this stuff).

I think this is an amazing idea, the one problem I have is with the zombie special ability, I would love this to be on Bedrock Edition, and we don't have a mouse to wiggle to get a zombie off, but overall this is an excellent idea, and I'd love to see it in Minecraft in the future!

This will make survival much better and players would be changing from hardcore to expert mode as this mode is more challenging but most importantly fun!

I like the idea of this. it doesn't seem really vanilla, but neither did caves and cliffs at first but the team did it. I would love an expert mode where things are different and fighting mobs isn't the same with every one 'Shoot with bow before they see me' or 'stab before they attack me'. Id also like to see a sort of scaling system in place maybe so the longer the world is running (or maybe the better gear you have) the better armor or enchantments the mobs have, more mobs spawning, or even different mobs spawning, like wild pillager beasts. of course this wouldn't be able to scale for as long as some people stay on their worlds (philza), but I'd like that as well.

Additional Expert Mode Ideas To Consider:

    1. Eating the same type of food over and over reduces its effectiveness, rewarding players for diversifying their farms.

    2. Vindicators can chop through wooden blocks, and deal additional damage to shields.

    3. Animal mobs react collectively to attacks. Pigs scatter, cows and sheep flee in a herd, chickens run in circles.

    4. Villagers get upset if they see the player take certain blocks from a village, similar to when attacked. Specifically crops, hay bales, and workstations. If this happens enough times, local iron golems will consider the player as hostile.

    5. More dangerous mob variants, such as spider-jockeys, baby zombies, chicken jockies, armoured zombies, and even charged creepers all spawn with increased frequency.

Overall, the lack of difficulty in Minecraft has always been my greatest complaint. I've been playing for many years, and always find I reach a point after securing a steady food supply where I just... get bored. Without a sense of challenge, my motivation to keep playing vanishes.

The changes you suggest here are fantastic. They require advanced players to use their wits and creativity during combat, something which is rewarded in every other aspect of the game.

Una idea es que el enderdragon pueda empujarte ya se que el dragon te puede empujar pero solo te empuja en su pilar yo propongo que te enpuje en el suelo y en los pilares de obsidiana y que solo se puedan salvar con enderpearls

I'm not really a fan of making this into a new difficulty. Some of these just sounds like it should just be in the general game like the AI path finding improvements, the target algorithm suggestion, and the extra abilities a mob can have. I think that is a good thing, though I don't think stuff like advanced path finding should be used on entities like an average un-equipped/un-armored zombie type or just some silverfish and endermites etc, I think theirs should be nerfed, but can work great with more intelligent mobs like skeletons, illagers, and piglins. The sprinting also sounds nice and I think would work well with most. Even all the abilities you gave them would work nice with all the mobs. (Just not 100% of the time the zombie grabs you unarmed)
