Village Raid Themes

With the new Raid mechanic, I enjoy the aspects of hunting down and being aware of your peeps, making sure to get all the vandals out of the town. What feels a bit off is the lack of intense or sudden raid music, a bit offputting to have the peaceful ambient tunes that normally play, it's a bit weird to have them play meanwhile, u could potentially lose an entire town. Maybe this is a future snapshot or feature thing, but music to accompany a intense situation sounds like it could be neato!

Nice berry bushes, could make a farm with a bonemeal dispenser, and could make use of them!

    I think they should have intense drums or horns at the beginning of every wave when pillagers spawn and have "marching" music during the raid. Every time there's a raid i imagine the theme of hyrule castle from botw playing. Something intense like that would be great. Also the instruments playing should correspond to the enemies in the wave, like piano for pillagers, trumpets for ravagers, bells for evokers, and drums for vindicators, that way we can know what we have in our hands. Every time they are wiped out, their corresponding instrument goes away so we know that they are gone

    what about an ender dragon, elder guardian, woodland mansion, and wither boss themes. its very off putting in those situations too. maybe you can get all of them on a music disc too? ;)

    I like this idea! Some epic fast-paced battle music as you defend your people would make for a perfect addition!

    I would love to see this in-game! It's really awkward to just hear peaceful music while defending terrified citizens from an onslaught of pillagers. The music should only show if the raid health bar appears on your screen, so it will fade out once you go far enough. It would really make the raids more exciting. It should also have a victory theme at the end once you win

    Great idea!

    This is a joke, but "Daladas of the Fates" by Element Animation would be a really cool and funny theme for Raids.

    Every time i start a raid, i play the "Pirate Invasion' theme from Terraia, it fits quite nicely.

    I like this idea a lot! Perhaps you could also make the raid music be more and more intense as you battle through each raid level (1-5).

    The music called “garrison” from Minecraft dungeons howling peaks DLC is perfect for raid music

    They're should also be music for bosses and other strong mobs(mini-bosses)

    If Mojang thinks this is too much effort, they could just reuse some of the glide music (since it is no longer being used).
