The size could be increased even more by integrating the cubic chunks mod into the game! Kilometer high trees!

I love the idea of a giant terrain, but maybe veer away from giant mobs, just have the massive plants, caves and such. But maybe you could have a specific new mob that spawns in the area.

This is probably a stupid idea but it'll be funny to have a secret golden goose egg hidden (from the story and Jack and the Giant Beanstalk, as it kind of relates to this idea)

I Think you are not so small for the mobs ignore your presence.

Structures generated there could be four times bigger than regular structures, instead of adding new giant blocks (i. e.: each oak tree log is 64 logs in a 4x4x4 shape).

What a nice idea. I really want to explore this biome.

But why dont you precise the potion effect you are speaking of ?

I think it should be a dimension because isn't that stupid giant things just next to normal world? Or it can be accesible after a giant mountain or somehing like that.

I think this is a good idea simply because Giants are in the game and it would be awesome if there was a rare biome that they could naturally spawn in. Theyve been a part of the game since the very beginning and they need more love, and I feel that this is the way to do it. You could even turn them into boss mobs similar to the Elder guardians if anything

I think that is a good idea, but like you said, it would cause to many lags.

Just two sugestions. First, the mobs should be insects about your size, and second, it would be very hard to adapt the transicion from a normal biome to this

this is a great idea! its an excuse, I MEAN REASON, to add the giant (giant zombie with the lack of ai), the huge slime, big phantom, and the giant magma cube, speaking of giant magma cube, since were getting a nether update for 1.16, why not giant biomes for the nether, the end, and future dimensions.

I can agree. Minecraft has monsters, ghosts, potions, enchantments and giant spiders, but seemingly is trying to be more realistic with their biomes. Not only do we need more mystical biomes, but more mobs to company them.

It would be great to re-include a Monster that Notch added back in the indev version of Minecraft (before Minecraft Alpha). But I do think that this should be a dimension instead of a biome.

@Leeli Igiby I think there has been giants since the game's very early stages. Notch put them in for a while, they just like five story tall zombies that roamed around. He pulled them though, I'm assuming cuz he couldn't find a real way to keep them. Now this is all stuff I heard about, as I didn't start playing till 2011 when they were gone already

I really like this biome idea. I wouldn't change a thing this guy said. Maybe if you were to build a tall structure whether on ground or in a cave, and a giant mob where is cross paths with, it could knock blocks off once it makes contact with them. So you'd want to build in underground or in caves so your crib doesn't get stepped on!

Even if this specific biome wasn't added, I would love to see more rare fantasy biomes like you mentioned!

Great idea. Giants have been in the game for a very long time with no place to spawn. It makes sense, they do not realy fit into normal biomes and they have quite big issues with pathfinding. But with giants biome, giants could be finally added to the world after being an unused mob for years. I also think we need more ultra rare fantasy biomes then just mushroom island.

I miss those really cool mountains you could find with the most unnatural of formations. I remember back in the old pocket edition days when you could spawn in a world of nothing but crazy cavern like mountains with big open areas of normal land surrounded by astonishing floating islands or sharp and imposing cliffs. Would be cool if I could see those again. I also wonder why mountains don't form the same way on Bedrock as they do on Java edition? The mountains are much much bigger there, and I LOVE mountains but it bothers me that I'm stuck with hills and not those gorgeous mountain ranges. Also it would be pretty cool to see a canyon styled biome that can spawn in every biome available where it's just a massive ravine that has more grasslands below for some interesting natural barriers.

You talked about Giant trees so what about a mob to protect them? It would make the wood of the tree a little more special. Someone to protect the trees > https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/360047959011-Lumbedoer-Inhabitant-and-protector-of-the-Giant-Trees-

I think that this is a cool idea but i feel like it could be more, like maybe the unused giant zombie could spawn there and maybe add more mobs like a giant creeper or a giant spider, maybe a cyclops that sleeps in caves until the player gets close, maybe it could be a boss, and maybe add more structures like a giants castle, more weapons like a giant sword, or like this one could be a drop from the cyclops like a giants club. I dont know i just feel it could be more. Well thats just my thoughts. (:

There should be a unique "monster" that looks like Steve, but is the size of the other monsters and will attack you or other monsters with a diamond sword. It could also have a dog.

i think phantoms could also be one of those giant creatures that try to attack you, bc there are some birds that DO eat insects, which is what we would be the size of to them. and also this giant biome could be any type of biome. i mean like dessert, snowy tundra, plains, savanna, CAVES, etc...
