Pillager combat needs adjustment

I hold myself as a pretty decent pve guy but when I grabbed gear that I would expect a new player to have I could not even get close to beating the pillager. and he fired his crossbow so fast that I couldn't dodge or even block the arrow it was so unfun to fight and that was only one guy. just please nerf them I would not want to fight these guys in survival

    make them un agressive against a player just like a pigman.   and nerf there hp

    Pillagers should be a strong mob, but maybe the neutral hostility would make sense.

    as long as you don't attack their patrols (groups of 2-5 pillagers, sometimes with 1 vindicator), they're already neutral...
