(Java Parity) Christmas Chests

I know this is a simple thing to add, but it would be so nice to have chests change to a Christmas texture in Bedrock from December 24th - 26th like in Java Edition.

It would be nice to use the same textures as in Java Edition currently (keep away, jasper!)
