Make it rain in savanna biomes so that we can bless the rains down in Africa!

I think it is a logical fallacy that it is currently impossible to rain in a savanna biome in Minecraft. We want to bless the rains down in Africa whenever it rains in Minecraft, but how can we do that if it never rains in savannas? Please fix this and make it possible for the rains to pour down in savanna biomes too. I know that it's gonna take a lot to do this, but there's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do to stop us from fighting for this change! Thank you.

    Seriously? People want this added because it’s a meme? While maybe it would be fine to have it rain every once in a while, it should definitely not be on a regular basis.

    while very memetastic i still do believe it should rain in a savannah, it could be its own special weather that happens less than rain but comes dar far heavier than standard rain.

    I would definitely try and add something to my game that makes Africa play whenever rain is triggered in the savanna

    You know it does rain occasionally in deserts and savannas in real life. In the game there are rain and thunderstorm weather events. The game should have light showers that don't show up in dry biomes and should be much more common than rain and thunderstorms. Light showers should be completely quiet and less noticeable, which would be nicer for people who don't like rain.

    The option to sleep through the rain could be added if you still don't like the idea. It's already partially in Java edition after all.

    It should rain in Savanna and Desert, but rare and extremely rare.

    Personally I think it should be an EXTREMELY rare event so that when it happens it will be very exciting. There should also be an achievement/advancement to go along with it that references the song (Africa by toto)

    For all of yall who think savannas are dry bioms you've been bamboozled, savanas have two seasons, one being the dry one with a temperature a bit cooler than during the wet season that happens as a resault od monsoons in Africa, so yes, there is rain in Africa that is waiting to be blessed.

    I think that it should only rain in the savanna variant where the grass is green instead of orange and on top of hills. This can also double as a part in the savanna revamp, by adding more variants to the savanna that are a bit rarer, like a greener one that it rains in.

    How about rain only appears in thunderstorms, and in such large clumps that it floods terrain up to certain levels?

    Whilst Savannahs are seen as dey biomes, in real life they have a dry and monsoon (rain) seasons.
    So not a normal rain but a sudden and long lasting rain season. Take is that Savannahs would be a rain free 80% of the time but once in a while it would rain for 3-5 days without stopping.

    However... This is more suited for the Weather Update Idea.

    Normal Savannahs are not suited for normal rainfall ...because Savannahs with normal rainfall are just plains in real life ...

    I am all for this idea. BTW it dose rain in savannas all over the world just rare and only in certain seasons. BTW would definitely if minecraft adds in seasons as well. That would make minecraft great again.

    If sessons are added in the summer it should rain almost all the time.
