Kiwi Bird

A little round furry flightless bird would be good for the rainforest biome.

    Other then the obvious feathers for drops, what could we get out of it?

    Maybe you could tame them with fish and then they would bring fish back to you unless they were sitting or on your shoulder(gets on your shoulder like parrot).

    I think that kiwis could drop sweet berries (or other berries). Just another addition to minecraft

    I just saw them in a mod, and they are so cute. Minecraft needs them. They could be tamed with seeds or berries or fish, I don't care, but we need them to be added.

    Kiwis should burrow into dirt or wood and make nests.

    I think it would be cool if they brought kiwi fruits back to you, a bit like how tamed cats bring “gifts” back to you.

    A kiwi is from New Zealand so maybe it could be used to look for grubs and bugs by digging into the ground. It could also be shy and timid towards all mobs that are larger than it. It could be breed with seeds and then it lays an egg that is half its size. The egg can have a 1/1000 percent chance to be a white kiwi.

    I would love the idea of a kiwi bird and I think they should make it to where they are tameable and if you sleep within 10 blocks of a tamed one there will be berries the kiwi bird picked by your bed

    One of my favorite animals, I'd love to have them in game. A temperate rainforest biome to go with them would be great too, otherwise they could spawn in dark oak forests or just regular forests. Despite often being suggested for jungles they don't actually live there IRL, in fact no part of Aotearoa (New Zealand) is tropical.
