Bind command (was: Thors Stick)

You would do /bind [playername] [command] and it would bind that command to the item the player is holding. Simple ;3

    I think a better idea would be to add add an additional NBT tag to the item which would then execute the command specified when the specified action has been done (interact, punch block etc)
