Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Way too overpowered, especially for Bedrock Edition, where you can use a spawn egg on any spawner to turn it into a spawner for that mob. You're opening the door to incredibly easy creeper farms, wither skeleton farms, witch farms, enderman farms, maybe even ghast farms...

maybe it can only be on swords found pre-enchanted in end cities

Since this enchantment is so OP, maybe it cost a lot of experience, a special sword, and make it only possible after you defeat the ender dragon and wither.

End cities would still be after the Ender Dragon

To overpowered.  Also, what about enderdragons, withers, snow golems, and iron golems?

This is way to op but i would love it. It has to be a treasure enchantment though, and not traded by villagers

I love it but that's way too op for vanilla Minecraft.

It should lower the maximum durability of the weapon to 3 points and remove/disable unbreaking on it.

Let it be found very rarely on wooden swords only (so at times it could easily break without the effect even happening) in end cities over 100 000 blocks away from spawn.

That’s the most op thing I’ve ever heard. Literally I kill a single skeleton and find a dungeon and now I have a skeleton grinder. I kill a single anything and find a dungeon I have an infinite farm of any mob in Minecraft also there are spawners in the nether. If this were to be added it would need to be balanced so I propose making it a hoe enchantment as hoes are related to farming which relates to life and also to make the drop chance very small and the enchantment only found in woodland mansions. Also an alternative to making this an enchantment would be to make a specially crafted weapon (it would be expensive) to accomplish this goal. Maybe it could be crafted out of a nether star, bamboo, 3 enchanted apples, two diamond blocks, and the ender dragon egg

I had the exact same idea!  But I think it should have a 50% chance of dropping a spawn egg. When It doesnt drop a spawn egg it would drop nothing.
