Structure: dragon skeleton

made from a dragon skull, dragon bones, dragon meat blocks, and shulker boxes with dragon leather in them, the skull can be used to summon a skeletal dragon

dragon leather is used to make as good as iron with more durability than diamond

    he would attack by either trowing skelemite (skeletal endermite) or by shooting firebombs at power 3

    he would sometimes teleport you 40 blocks up, forcing you to bring an elytra

    unlike the ender dragon he doesn't have a central point where he stays near

    I don't have any drop ideas, please help

    No.  There are WAY too many enderdragon drop ideas, and there is definitely a less complicated way to do this.  Also, when the enderdragon dies, it explodes, meaning it shouldn't drop anything except for experience.

    Shouldn't scales make more sense? Leather does burn when it gets hot enough and the breath of the end dragon is an upgraded fireball, I think if the end dragon's skin was made of leather it would incinerate itself.

    Dude have you heard of fossils cuz those already exist and it is basically what you are proposing, except in the end (though it does need improvements, but not like this). I don't think we need meat blocks and skeletal dragons either, and we already have dragon heads, so why would you add dragon skulls?

    and the dragon leather chestplate should be able to be combined with the elytra and the whole set should be able to be dyed and each color matches a different type / element dragon like black for darkness, purple for void, red for fire, orange for time yellow for light, brown for earth,green for tech and redstone, white for matter, light gray for balance, dark gray for chaos, blue for water, cyan for air,light blue for ice, lime for citrus, pink for love, and magenta for ender

    The end does need changes like dragon skeleton all around ended man become friendly when dragon is killed like build random structures in the world and weaker dragons found through out the end

    I like it minus the skeletal dragon. It should be a structure, not a mob. Maybe it could be in the end, similar to an end city?
