Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Greater variety, stone buttons (was: If we have stone buttons, why dont we have stone buttons?)

It’s reasonable, seeing they just added every type of wooden button.

I would like them to revisit this idea..
Since they now added the Blackstone button, pressure plate, polished Blackstone and polished Blackstone stairs, slabs, walls and bricks, there should also be the same types of blocks for the other stone types. (cobblestone might be the exception here though)

    So..

Polished andesite bricks, Polished granite bricks, Polished diorite bricks, and all their variant blocks should be added!

The same could be said for normal polished versions of these blocks and the original blocks.

And since Blackstone has a pressure plate and button variant, we would have andesite, granite and diorite buttons and pressure plates in 1.16.
    :)

I think it wouldn't be too far fetched to add this, even if they want to keep these blocks purely decorational (you can't make tools from diorite, andesite or granite), this would still add a lot to that functionality.

And if you really don't like having Redstone functionality to these blocks.. The brick variants would still fit in the game very well! :D

I have to mention sandstone buttons and sandstone pressure plates, so nobody forgets them. (Or should I add another post?)
