Hi there, Please keep suggestions focused on a single idea per post. There are really interesting suggestions here, but they really belong in their own posts. Thanks.

Okay, so here are my thoughts.

This is pretty much the only post worth reading in the entire Mobs, Animals, and Characters category.

Your opening premise is spot-on. We need to focus on improving current mobs instead of overloading our computers with Minecraft versions of every creature under the sun.

Many of your ideas integrate beautifully with the rest of the game. Your bat behavior parallels several other behaviors already in the game. Your bear stripping logs idea is a wonderful idea and helps integrate stripped logs into the game really well. You've also obviously paid attention to balance, too.

Here is what I would change.

    - Mojang will almost certainly not add a meat source from an endangered species like polar bears, so I'd scrap that idea.

    - I don't like the idea of bats or polar bears dropping leather. It's unoriginal and not really rooted in reality, I think. Not everything needs to drop leather!

    - "Silver dust" sounds like it came from an ore that (at least so far) doesn't exist. It's kind of confusing, so I suggest you tweak the name. Maybe "silverstone dust" or something.

    Overall, bravo.

I like your idea of bats scaring off spiders.

@ MacchuPicchu96 the name "silver dust" doesn't have to make sense or be real.  Minecraft has unreal redstone and creepers.

@MacchuPicchu96 adding more mobs is not a "no" question.  Some of the biomes are pretty bleak and indifferent don't you think?  I mean the savannah biome?  Hardly anything "savannah about it except for dead grass and weird trees.

In real life p, polar bear liver has too much vitamin A for it to be good. When polar bear is eaten in the game it should poison you and the death message would be “[player name] bit off more than they could chew” or “[player name]’s skin was replaced too many times” (polar bear liver makes your skin peel off in life) also you could use the silver dust to make a wire that was actually an item. Silver Wire could make a “Balloon Helmet” for under water (silver to electrify water, splitting into H2 [only in Education Edition, useless in vanilla] and O. The Oxygen will partner to make breathable dioxygen.)

Some spiders are also natural predators of silverfishes. There is a food chain: silverfish>spider>bat.

Silverfishes already have a use: They are small enemies that hide in blocks & guard the strongholds

Endermites are way more useless, and you never even see them anywhere

I think that maybe the silver repeater should only go 30 blocks, that way it's not too overpowered.

I liked the bear ideas, but you lost me at silverfish.
