Potion Fountains or Waterfalls

Mojang should add fountains or waterfalls, that generate randomly across the world, carrying a specific potion effect or two, which are given to the player when he swims in it. There can also be "The Sacred Water Guard" ( or something along those lines...) who protects the waterfall or fountain from the player!
