Space biome with visible constellations (was: Star Light Star Bright First Star I See Tonight)

Space is a biome. This game could really use 16 constellations each giving a buff.  One constellation would be visible each night, cycling one over 16 nights. Now what 16 buffs should we have? Be greedy, you'll only have one night in 16 to use it!

    Sagittarius: 2 extra damage with bow.
    Aquarius: longer underwater breathing time.
    Cancer: more damage to water mobs.
    Probably more...

    Taurus: Resistance

    Aries: jump boost like a mountain goat... I mean ram

    Gemini: double loot

    Leo: friend of the Jaguars (see “Make the Jungle feel more Jungley)

    Libra: negative effects will balance out

    Virgo: I HAVE NO IDEA

    Scorpio: critical hits and a chance of withering monsters

    Pisces: Luck of the Sea (lol you’re using a fish to kill fish)

    So does this biome have land or would the player be floating? This idea is great but do we just float around and see 16 constellations? so does this biome have some portal or blocks, new items? ANYTHING?
