YES!!! Maybe when you’re around one you randomly get hit with one heart and then you get a coconut in you’re inventory so it’s like you got hit on the head with a coconut!

When you make coconut milk it should be a coconut cracked in half with a straw and small umbrella in it

I think this is a really great idea I have heard. Coconuts may as well could turn into coconut milk. Why not add pineapples so we can make Pina Colada drinks as well?

I think your idea is awesome. With the nether update out, adding 2 more trees (total of 10!) might be a builder’s dream.

The coconuts should be like honey bottles, and you drink them to gain hunger, or cool them to get coconut “meat”, which grants more hunger.

What would also be game changing with this idea, is there would be an oasis biome filled with palm trees and coconut trees (not quite sure if they’re the same tree.) There would also be the flowered cactus idea implemented, as well as the tumbleweed. The biome would be desert specific.

And to you developers, I found something that doesn’t really make sense. Why does the desert have so many water sources? If a few were “dried up” that be SO cool! And then the well would be useful when building.

    Thanks for reading,

I like this idea! Coconut trees would look great on beaches, which at the moment are a little bland (sorry). I agree with whoever first said that coconut milk should cure poison like regular milk.

Here's my idea - Maybe, to add a liitle bit of extra originality to the coconuts, they will be useless unless you have an axe to crack the coconut open. And then they can be eaten (or drunk) to replenish roughly as much hunger as one loaf of bread.

OOH! I love the idea of coconuts falling on players' heads! That is just hilarious.

Fire arrows? I know if you shoot an arrow through lava it’ll catch on fire, but what if we could use blaze power and an arrow to make it already on fire? I don’t know, it would just be convenient though.

Maybe the coconut would look similar to cocoa beans, but darker in color. Also, Palm and Coconut trees could be really useful in infinite desert survival :)

Maybe you can only eat cracked coconuts. When you use any tool other than a hatchet, it drops a whole coconut. However, when you use a hatchet, you get two cracked coconuts. When you eat a cracked coconut, you would get a coconut shell, which acts like a bowl. This could make hatchets have more uses in Minecraft.

Maybe coconuts that fell on the ground would be brown and would be "old coconut". It would provide more saturation points and hunger points. Coconut on the trees would be cyan and would provide less huger and saturation points. That will match with the real world more.

Caves/mountains have heaps of potential. Everything from Crystal grottoes, Mushroom caves to limestone caves and with it more ores! Rubies, Opals, limestone, silver, and Copper! Copper could be used to conduct electricity or even be used to craft a Tesla coil to harness energy for new contraptions. An alternative power source. I would love to be able to customise my netherite armour with a fire ruby red or even a psychedelic opal. The options are endless! Would love to see a crocodile and kangaroo mobs too.
