Add additional options for structure block files

This could be for both Java, and bedrock. For those that save buildings with structure blocks it would be useful to have an option to look at and load previously saved structure build files without needing the name of the saved structure, this will help with trying to remember what the name of the saved structure is or saving a second one because of forgetting the name of a previously saved structures, adding to this adding an option to delete unwanted structure builds you no longer need.
