Goat Horns should call Happy Ghasts to the player

Happy ghasts should be able to be called to you using a goat horn since they float around a lot or if they get stuck, instead of just using to snowballs to lure them. This would add a new use for the goat horn.

  This must apply to all pets and perhaps each one of the horns could be a different command (one for calling them, other for keeping them in place, other for letting them wonder, etc). And horns from screaming goats could have a bigger radius of action.
