(Bedrock Parity) Allow leads to be attached to wall blocks

In Java, leads cannot be attached to walls. However in Bedrock, you can attach leads to walls. You should be able to attach leads to walls in Java.

    Leash knots also need to look bigger when attached to walls. There will be a leash knot NBT tag called attached_to_wall. If true, the leash knot will look bigger and maybe higher.
