New /create command!

This /create command should be a command only usable when cheats are enabled. This command works like this: You type /create woodland_mansion or /create bastion_remnant. This command would then clear all blocks in the creation radius and create the structure, the centre being the player who issued the command by default or a specific coordinate if the player specified in the command. This would be a great add-on to help Creative mode players to modify these structures to make them their own!

    Isn't this just in the jigsaw block, as well as the structure block?
