Niflheim dimension

I  would like there to be a dimension made entirely out of ice. This dimension will be called niflheim, after the norse world of ice. Strays will be native to this dimension, along with goats and frost giants, witch will resemble minecraft default skins (Steve, Alex, Noor, sunny, Ari, Zuri, etc), but 2 tymes taller and with clumps of ice all over their bodies. But every dimension needs a boss, right? So there should be a giantess queen of ice. She will be eight blocks tall and will freeze anyone she touches. You will freeze in this dimension unless you wear wool armor, wich could be dyed like leather armor. The portal will be made of ice, and can only be activated in the end, while underwater.
