In the deepslate family, there is a lot of blocks: "tiles", "bricks" and "polished" but in the other stone family like stone, andesite, diorite or granite there are missing blocks!

here are all the examples I can think of :

• polished endstone
• granite, andesite, diorite bricks
• cobblestone bricks, tiles, etc.

And all the chiseled stones with some texture examples:

• chiseled mud bricks ( a frog face )
• chiseled diorite, granite, andesite, cobblestone bricks ( some cave mob like spider or zombie )
• chiseled end endestone bricks or chiseled purpur block ( a enderman or a shulker face )

And last ideas: some other smooth stone like:

• smooth granite, diorite, andesite, endstone, etc.
