Bedrock's Character Creator for Java? Or Linking Skins Between The Two?

Would be nice to have the character creator available on Java as well. The customization is pretty insane, and compared to Java's skins, it's much better to me. You can still upload your own skins on Bedrock so you would still be able to do that if the character creator came to Java. Or just having the ability to transfer your skin from Bedrock to Java and vice versa, not even the entire creator has to come to Java. 

I just really love playing with Steve wearing the Keeper's Promise top and the Warden Headset in Bedrock, and I really want that in Java XD
