Revert the cobweb change in the newest beta.

Not every Bedrock exclusive has to be removed. Why remove a useful feature instead of porting it over to the other version? So please revert the cobweb change please.

it gave gathering cobweb actually a use

    Yes, and also mojang shouldn't remove good features for name of parity
