soulsand sculk and spectres

there will be a variant of sculk that is brown and spawns in patches in soulsand valleys

a new mob that spawns in soulsand valleys is the spectre a blue villager like ghost.neutral.you can use a lantern to place them into then they are tamed and when you release them they will follow and defend you

    How would sculk get into the nether? and why would a ghost be tameable?
