Mineshaft Update

Get ready for a load of new mineshaft stuff, like an armor stand guy ( he is the one built the mineshaft ), more light, 99% chance for a normal chest to spawn next to a mineshaft chest on rail. The normal chest is better, and is always good loot. Villagers may spawn if at least one normal chest is in said mineshaft. Depending on how many normal chests there, that is how the villager spawns.
