PUT THE CUSTOM SEED FEATURE BACK IN DATAPACKS

So would someone like to explain why it took me 6 hours of research to determine that the reason that I suddenly couldn't get the community build dimension for my server to do anything but reproduce the map exactly was because 1.19 REMOVED THE ABILITY TO GIVE DATAPACK DIMENSIONS A DIFFERENT GENERATION SEED??? Fucks sake people asked for the field to be made optional not IMPOSSIBLE. Lazy, broken fixes unsurprisingly BREAK THINGS WORSE. Put it back, just add a way to use the existing seed if you want!
