Won't let me play - angry and frustrated.

I have purchased the minecraft game, and it won't let me play without creating a user profile, but when I type in a user name, which is available, it says there is an error and failed to create user profile, no matter what.

  Microsoft will powertrip on you too; Don't bother playing their little games.
