More custom skin availability

This may be a niche thing, but I would really like to see more options to add your own custom skins to Bedrock edition. I know in mobile and windows 10, you have the option to add it through media files. I am unsure of all console editions, but I have never seen an option for the Nintendo switch. Or rather, there was an option, but it never worked and is now removed. I know some of us really enjoy the custom skins we create, and the skins we commission through talented artist. I believe adding some method to add these to the game would really help. You could have it so that a custom skin you add on another device could cross over to another one. Or maybe add an option to scan some kind of QR code with a mobile device which takes you to some kind of menu to select a file on your device to use? I am unsure of the limitations on console edition, in regards to this. This is just an idea that I believe may make some players happy.
