Make Combat Tests an Experimental Feature in Future Java Snapshots

With the new structuring of snapshots, it's only natural that the experimental combat features that were being tested a couple years ago are added, much like bundles were, as an experimental feature toggle, allowing more players to access, experiment with, and give feedback on them.

    Yes. I would love to be able to use the newer features with the better combat.
