The Enchantsmith should be able to re-roll enchantments on empty slots.

That would allow complete customization and could be useful for old unobtainable event items.

    I completely agree, empty enchantment slots have always irked me quite a bit, it doesn't even make logical sense for them to exist anyways, so why not just let the player re-roll them? I can't think of any harm it could do to introduce something like this, so why not just add it?
